Responsibility
- including Vendor bookings, payments and clearing
- day-to-day communication and answering internal as well as customer queries, Liaising with customers/Vendors, suppliers and third party
- oversee booking / clearing customer payments in accounting system, Process missed auto payments, oversee direct debits , dunning and bank reconciliations, Assistance in day-to-day credit management and customer collections
- updating and maintaining procedural documentation, Preparing, and monitoring overdue reports, DSO and follow-up with customers, Supporting Finance Manager in financial and accounting matters
