Responsibility

  • site Manager / Working Supervisor
  • role will be to deliver refurbishment and new build educational projects across Kent project value ranging £250k - £2m
  • the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate skills in
  • look ahead programmes and forecasting works
  • co-ordinating trades on site and planning the sequence of works
  • liaising with building control and the contracting team
  • ensuring quality of workmanship and snagging of works ongoing
  • APL Construction are seeking a site manager experience delivering fit out and refurbishment works to schools and ideally small new build and commercial extensions
