Responsibility
- due to expansion we require a Multiskilled employee for the maintenance and refurbishment of residential properties
- knowledge of the Housing Health & Safety Rating System would be an advantage
- main duties
- undertake pre inspections of a variety of property repairs and larger refurbishments
- the successful applicant will be joining the team of a well established maintenance company alongside MRC Estate & Letting Agents who have recently won the Gold Award at the British Property Awards
- complete written reports and quotes, providing detailed professional advice to the client along with 'before' photographs
- we require a hard working individual capable of pricing work and working on their own when appropriate, experienced in all aspects of property repair and maintenance, including joinery, plastering, roofing, fitting fire-doors, window fittings, kitchen fitting and general property maintenance/repairs
- complete all works to a professional standard and take 'after' photos
