examine Notice to Quit received from landlords for compliance with the Apex Guaranteed Rent Agreement's terms and conditions
revising GRA drafts for the new properties acquired by Apex sales team, sending via DocuSign for signature
coordinating court cases and escalated complaints list
mediating claims received from the landlords
responding to PRS complaints
taking preventive measures to avoid CCJs, responding to complaints and coordinating strike out
submitting small money claims on behalf of Apex
coordination of the eviction process with the external solicitors’ firm, preparing and submitting S8, S21, filing, corresponding with the solicitors and optimising the process
Requirements
previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role, particularly in housing law
strong understanding of housing laws, eviction processes, and legal procedures
excellent communication and negotiation skills
organizational skills and attention to detail
proficiency in document management and legal correspondence
ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
familiarity with using digital tools for document signing
