  • assessing and determining training needs through conducting skills gap analysis and reviewing performance management across the business

  • designing comprehensive training programmes including leadership and management programmes which align with organisational goals and objectives
  • conducting and delivering training sessions and workshops including facilitating in-person and remote training sessions, co-ordinating speakers, or subject matter experts

Requirements

  • strong knowledge of learning and development principles, adult learning theory, instructional design and training evaluation is essential
  • effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • an ability to analyse, problem solve and assess
  • project management and organisational skills to keep to objectives, timeframes and budgets
  • proficiency in learning management systems, e-learning platforms and other learning technologies
  • A hands-on approach and an ability to be adaptable
  • A proven track record in HR, training and development or a related field and experience of leading and managing and/or a qualification in learning and development, organisational development, human resources or a relevant subject
  • familiarity with the due diligence, investigation, research or a related-industry is a plus
