- reporting to the Head of People and working with our senior managers, the successful candidate will be looking for an opportunity to make a difference by building, developing and executing learning and development strategies across the business
- evaluating training effectiveness such as collecting feedback, post-training assessments, reviewing training spend and budgets and analysing areas for improvement
- you will have a track record of managing talent and will work across the People function in identifying areas for improvement and ways to support our business growth

- develop development strategies from performance reviews to accelerate talent and capability growth
- support on community-focused projects such as internships, work experience, placements, and micro-placements
- managing training logistics and ensuring that resources and materials are available, including organising, arranging and co-ordinating schedules, venue arrangements, equipment set up, and registration

Requirements
- strong knowledge of learning and development principles, adult learning theory, instructional design and training evaluation is essential
- effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- an ability to analyse, problem solve and assess

- proficiency in learning management systems, e-learning platforms and other learning technologies
- A hands-on approach and an ability to be adaptable
- A proven track record in HR, training and development or a related field and experience of leading and managing and/or a qualification in learning and development, organisational development, human resources or a relevant subject
- familiarity with the due diligence, investigation, research or a related-industry is a plus
