- to to provide support by maintaining the accounting systems and records
- handling Sales and Purchase Ledger
- raising sales invoices
- recording receipts and allocating to invoice
- invoice entry onto Sage professional accounting software
- the role of the accounts Manager is to support the Financial Controller in all aspects of the accounts function, including accounts preparation and internal auditing
- completing payment runs
- allocating payments against supplier accounts
Requirements
- self-motivation, determination and confidence in your abilities
- experience of working in a finance function, having experience in accounts and been fully conversant with Sage Financial controller
- enthusiastic and adaptable working style, keen to identify opportunities for improvements and personal growth
