Responsibility
- establish relationships and secure contracts with new clients that achieve assigned sales quota and targets
- own the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to close
- drive and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets set by company
- qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
- consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements around Cyber security
- maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge and have meaningful conversations with prospects
- draft and deliver winning proposals and work with technical and Operations team where required to address customer requirements and deliver work
- develop and maintain territory plans which outlines how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the cyber security or IT Services industry
- good knowledge of cyber security solutions, technologies, and industry trends
- excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
