business development executive

Responsibility

  • establish relationships and secure contracts with new clients that achieve assigned sales quota and targets
  • own the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to close
  • drive and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets set by company
  • qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
  • consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements around Cyber security
  • maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge and have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • draft and deliver winning proposals and work with technical and Operations team where required to address customer requirements and deliver work
  • develop and maintain territory plans which outlines how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the cyber security or IT Services industry
  • good knowledge of cyber security solutions, technologies, and industry trends
  • excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
  • demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
