Responsibility
- the Project Worker will be responsible for the management and development of the ANYiSO women group
- to plan and co-ordinate women events programmes and activities, delivery and facilitation of workshops, outreach, and building on relationships with partners
- ensure active participation of existing members and recruitment of new members
- source, contact and work with sessional workers, staff, and volunteers to carry out activities
- to manages the general administrative work, and publicity
- to refer, respond to referrals, and provide support in drop in sessions
- to support and facilitate links between members of the community, including women that have experienced gender violence, asylum seekers, and refugees
- the Project Worker will work to a broad plan of action as identified by the ANYiSO Management Board and receive support and supervision through the Board and HR/Payroll support from Scottish Council for Voluntary Services
