- the salary would depend on age and experience and, if preferred can be a basic salary plus commission
- we are also prepared to consider consultants on a fee sharing basis. In the first instance please contact us
- small independent firm of Chartered Surveyors is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to undertake Level Three Building Surveys and Level Two reports on all types of residential properties
- we would also consider general practice surveyors/AssocRICS, providing they have the knowledge and experience to undertake Level Three Surveys on larger period properties
- the successful applicant will be competent to undertake surveys of more complex period properties including Grade II Listed in both urban and rural environments
- the company operates in the cities of Bristol and Bath although also the rural areas around particularly to the south to include Wells, Glastonbury and beyond
- we are hoping to find an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor who will be home based and is not only a competent in undertaking surveys though also enjoys developing the business further through contact with estate agents and solicitors etc
