Responsibility

  • support the sales team with new account opening ensuring the process is followed and correct paperwork is complete for the finance department
  • raising Pro Forma invoices, Commercial Invoices and packing specs for international deliveries
  • international admin support to Sales Managers in all countries
  • managing and leading the day-to-day operations of International Sales from point of interest to delivery and aftercare
  • maintain customer database for open accounts
  • responding to Customer Enquires & Complaints in a timely manner
