  • review and plan merging timetable with senior team
  • report to senior team weekly on progress
  • prepare finance processes in the smaller company to align with the activity in the larger company
  • liaise with operational team members to ensure processes are being followed
  • involvement in ERP systems review and merging of data
  • review the liaison between this team and the non-finance team responsible for purchase ledger and the raising of POs
  • work closely with the board on identifying ad hoc requirements to ensure a successful integration
  • build relationships across the team to ensure merger is a success
