previous experience of high-volume cash and credit card transactions, and reconciliation of multiple bank accounts
manage the team to complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the bank accounts, ensuring that all transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately, any issues to be flagged and reviewed with the Finance Operations Manager
daily reconciliation of allocated bank accounts requiring statement upload from bank to reconciling to general ledger resolving any unreconciled items, keeping them to an absolute minimum ensuring they are regularly reviewed
support the Cash & Reconciliations Team, monitoring the end-to end process ensuring that individual team member’s performance meet agreed key performance indicators giving appropriate feedback
