Requirements

  • proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • strong understanding of facility management, security solutions, or related industries is a must
  • strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • positive attitude, enthusiastic and must be able to show initiative
  • 3 year Sales Manager
  • A network of contacts within the facilities management industry is advantageous

Responsibility

  • act as an exemplar of the safety culture to all AMFS staff, ensuring the security team’s understanding and compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety procedures and PPE
  • develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the company
  • making qualifiable appointments for senior operation managers to meet with new, prospective clients
  • build firm relationships with prospective clients
  • lead the Security Team ensuring they are suitably developed, trained, rehearsed, briefed, ready and available to carry out their roles and responsibilities at all times
  • ensure that all incidents are recorded, investigated and reported upon in line with company and statutory reporting requirements
