- A network of contacts within the facilities management industry is advantageous
Responsibility
- act as an exemplar of the safety culture to all AMFS staff, ensuring the security team’s understanding and compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety procedures and PPE
- develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the company
- making qualifiable appointments for senior operation managers to meet with new, prospective clients
- build firm relationships with prospective clients
- lead the Security Team ensuring they are suitably developed, trained, rehearsed, briefed, ready and available to carry out their roles and responsibilities at all times
- ensure that all incidents are recorded, investigated and reported upon in line with company and statutory reporting requirements
