- A wine or spirits qualification would be an advantage, but training will be provided
- knowledge of EPOS and stock management systems is an advantage
- previous experience in a retail/hospitality environment, ideally with wines and spirits would be great, but a knowledge of the subject and someone with the personality and enthusiasm to learn will be seriously considered
