- proven experience in a mechanical inspection role or similar position is vital
- strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and practices
- minimum of 5 years experience. CMM and manual inspection experience required. Inspection of bespoke components, designed by ourselves
- experience with a variety of Inspection tools – Vernier, Micrometers, Height gauges
- exceptional working knowledge of geometric tolerancing and dimensioning
- excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting findings clearly
Responsibility
- implement quality assurance protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- conduct thorough inspections of mechanical components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of findings
- stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to mechanical inspection
