Responsibility

  • collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to develop and maintain our website and online store
  • ensure a seamless user experience by designing and developing responsive, user-friendly interfaces
  • conduct ongoing maintenance and updates to our website and online store, including troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • manage and optimize website speed, functionality, and overall performance
  • conduct ongoing analysis of website and online store performance, using data and analytics to inform future improvements and optimizations
  • collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising
  • keep up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends and best practices, and implement them as appropriate
  • communicate effectively with both English and Russian-speaking team members to ensure all projects are completed to a high standard and within designated timeframes

Requirements

  • fluent in English Uzbek/ Russian
  • bachelor's degree in web design, computer science, or a related field
  • strong technical skills in web development, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and tools
  • experience with website design and development platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Magento
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • experience with digital marketing, including email marketing and social media advertising
  • strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with team members across departments and languages
