- to fuel and record accurate fuelling data on Company or contracted vehicles
- observe, recognise and report on vehicle component defects
- move Company vehicles to their required destination either within their allotted depot or between depots
- cover cleaning/shunter duties at other Company depots due to holidays, sickness or staff shortages
- carry out buildings or yard cleaning as detailed by the supervisor or charge hand
- collect and deliver stores etc between Company depots or contractors used by the Company
- to clean inside and out of all Company or contracted vehicles, including chassis, as detailed by the supervisor or charge hands
- perform any ancillary duties which maybe required from time to time
