Responsibility

  • developmental – Lead into ACCA qualification and beyond, all aspects of future study can be accommodated within reason
  • payroll – learning all aspects of a payroll bureau function. Assisting with preparation of payslips and advising PAYE liabilities. Qualification of the CIPP examination through distance learning Payroll Apprenticeship and on the job training
  • practice Management Support – all aspects of practice administration, filing of physical and electronic documents, scanning, assisting with billing and supporting the Practice Manager with fulfilment of their duties. Social media contribution
  • trainee Accountant – Preparation of Financial Statements form incomplete records, bookkeeping and VAT Return preparation using a variety of software
  • to provide support to staff at all levels, working under direct supervision and learning on the job, in aspects of payroll, bookkeeping, VAT, company accounts and personal tax returns

Requirements

  • relevant qualification related to Accounting/Finance/Payroll, or relevant experience in this field
  • this is a challenging role with full client exposure. Applicants must have great communication skills
  • willingness and ability to learn must be demonstrated
