Working hours

Responsibility

  • the successful candidate will need to be of smart appearance, well organised, methodical and articulate, with excellent communication and IT skills
  • A full driving licence will not be required
  • full training regarding lettings procedures, along with ongoing coaching will be available
  • the working week will consist of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & every other Saturday
  • A competitive salary will be on offer
  • taylor Cole Residential Lettings have an opportunity for a part time Residential Lettings Administrator based at our office at 8a Victoria Road, Tamworth. Experience of residential lettings would be preferred but not essential
  • this is an excellent opportunity for an individual to assist with the running, management and administration of our property portfolio and to learn all aspects of residential lettings
