receptionist / administrator

Working hours

Responsibility

  • is a vibrant, award winning Gymnastics and Physical Activities training provider
  • greet and welcome all visitors with a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression
  • provide information about our classes, programs, and schedules to prospective and current members
  • make/Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address enquiries promptly and professionally
  • assist with member registration, payment processing, and maintaining accurate records
  • assist with class check-ins
  • maintain a clean and organised front desk area, including informational materials
  • collaborate with coaches and administration staff to ensure seamless communication and operations

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle enquiries and concerns tactfully
  • basic computer skills, including proficiency in using office software and databases
  • passion for gymnastics, fitness, or sports-related activities is a plus
  • previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred but not required
  • customer service: 2 years
  • administrative experience: 2 years
