Responsibility

  • people Administration
  • maintain associate personnel files in line with GDPR guidelines
  • support the People team with new starter inductions
  • assist in the preparation of associate lifecycle letters; leavers, flexible working requests, pay amendments, new appointments etc
  • update annual leave and absence records on the HR system on a weekly basis
  • your role as People Administrator will be to support the People team by providing associate lifecycle, onboarding, and system administration support, as well as leading the local payroll function
  • you will be a well-grounded and organised individual who is enthusiastic about driving change and delivering a first-class service to your colleagues
  • assist the People team in general recruitment activity
