  • ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • food safety and hygiene certification is essential

Responsibility

  • collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu items, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
  • maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste to consistently exceed customer expectations
  • ensure a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
  • contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items that reflect the essence of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisines
  • work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and an exceptional dining experience for our guests
