Responsibility

• applicants must have prior recent office based experience, excellent computer skills and attention to detail
• they must be comfortable managing different personalities and working styles
• we are looking for a master organiser with excellent task and time management skills to work supporting a number of our Financial Adviser clients from our beautifully situated offices in Rolvenden, Kent

• chasing and obtaining information from clients and companies
• they should be proactive and responsive, with good communication skills, but most importantly they should have a genuine desire to help others
• preparing forms and paperwork for signatures
• keying data and uploading documents onto relevant computer systems
• using templates and data to produce letters and financial reports
• arranging and preparing paperwork for meetings
• implementing processes and managing deadlines to meet recurring reporting requirements
• suggesting systems/ processes that could improve efficiency and/or assist the client
