to ensure all target KPI’s are achieved and role expectations are delivered
to proactively encourage and maintain a positive, vibrant and professional environment across all teams and divisions
to ensure clients are quickly and efficiently contacted within KPI response times, communicated with professionally and client expectations are met
to exceed AMT Auto order volumes & revenue targets that are set, ranging from new inbound leads, self-generated outbound opportunities and through our marketing platforms, including all ancillary products
to have extensive knowledge of all car and LCV products offered across the Rent, Lease, Buy, Sell channels and have strong understanding of the financial criteria set out by all funding options
ensuring all client and sales opportunity details are input into the CRM system and continually managed, in order that correct data is always in place. Customer communication must be logged in the CRM system to show full history of communication
to build a strong network of contacts that support holding enough opportunities to deliver the required target orders and deliveries for the role
new Business Executives are to focus on selling provided stock and utilise pricing information where relevant
