Responsibility

  • answering email and telephone queries and following up responses with the accountants
  • collecting and processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • scanning and filing
  • maintaining Office Appearance
  • stationery orders
  • other tasks as required to assist the Manager, Principal, other staff and clients
  • includes a possibility of being enrolled onto an Accounting Apprentice Scheme
