Requirements

  • bartending
  • committed and driven by deadlines and results
  • consider the Health & Safety implications of all operations within your area of responsibility
  • ability to turn ideas into deliverables with minimal supervision
  • ability to work un-aided within a draught bar environment
  • carry out induction briefings to direct reports and where applicable induct any workers/volunteers/contractors/visitors etc when entering the premises
  • experience in a similar or related role, demonstrating development and continuous improvement, be able to pour drinks, basic knowledge of wines, spirits and draught beer
  • regularly conduct and review risk assessments, safe working, and management systems

Responsibility

  • maintain records of all Health & Safety issues within your area of responsibility
  • assist in with closed down of units. This includes a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring all stock is secure, all equipment has been cleaned and the kiosk or bar is set up for the next match
  • record all wastage
  • report maintenance, accidents and health & safety issues using the Company procedures
  • ensuring all movements of stock is recorded and any issues reported to Facilities, Bar & Catering Manager
  • provide operational support on match days and events
  • ensuring all cash differences and till voids are reported following the correct procedure
