Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- accurately prepare personalised suitability reports and letters which are well thought out and meaningful
- working efficiently to meet target deadlines
- ensure all client work and documents are compliant and supported with relevant paperwork
- undertake comparative research in preparation of client recommendations
- ensure all client queries are appropriately investigated and accurate responses given
- part of the role will include administration support – requesting additional LOA information, Business Submission
- recommendations to include Pensions , Investments and Drawdowns
- work as part of a wider team in order to ensure an exceptional client experience and high-quality advice it provided to all our clients
Requirements
- must have Paraplanning experience
- attained or working towards the Level 4 CII Diploma
- good understanding of financial products and services
- strong analytical skills, specifically analysing records and providing detailed technical commentary
- strong organisational skills
- A good understanding of the administration and support side of Paraplanning, as well as preparing reports and relevant documentation
