service technician
Responsibility
- day to day repair function consisting of assessment, service/repair, fault finding and calibration
- create the quality feedback loop between the service centre and the quality department
- to report non-conforming material and submit improvement change requests
- provide timely after-sales support to all internal and external customers in line with the agreed expectations of the business
- ensure all third-party approvals are compliant for the department
- maintain the working standards in line with operational organisation and the 5S policies
- ensure that all relevant health & safety policies and procedures are observed
- perform other duties and tasks as required by the business
Requirements
- candidates will ideally have experience in a Production & Test Environment
- lean manufacturing knowledge/awareness
- level 3 NVQ/BTEC Minimum or relevant equivalent experience
