  • check stock and advise customers of the delivery times
  • updating customer ordering portals
  • answering telephone and email enquiries professionally and within a reasonable timescale
  • communicating effectively with our 3rdparty warehouse provider
  • occasionally booking in customer orders via relevant Portals
  • dealing with Consumer complaints via email
  • authorising stock returns

Requirements

  • excellent IT Knowledge
  • the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to a high level of accuracy
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
