Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- you will need proven sales experience, together with a good record of achieving targets
- the majority of enquiries are ‘in-bound’ and telephone / internet based
- the mix of enquiries is roughly 70% domestic and 30% commercial
- A degree, HND or similar qualification is desirable, but your experience, track record, technical knowledge and personal qualities will be considered more important than formal qualifications
- national high-street shop chains and smaller local business chains
- managing and closing ‘in-bound’ sales with both domestic and commercial customers
- this role is a ‘growth role’ with the opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager role as your sales grow, and the team grows
- our vision is to grow the Northern HQ sales team into a much bigger team and this Sales Executive role will be at the heart of helping grow the team
Requirements
- excellent sales and negotiation skills
- initiative and enthusiasm
- excellent communication and 'people skills’
- good planning and organisational skills
- the ability to work calmly under pressure
- good IT, budget and report writing skills
- A full driving licence
- good management & business sense
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
