Responsibility
- continuously improve tenant services and support the company's social and environmental goals
- provide coverage for other local team members, including the Center Manager, during their absence
- attend company-wide events, such as property manager meetings and the annual staff conference
- perform other duties as reasonably required by the Center Manager or Regional Manager
- work with Head Office departments, including Marketing, HR, and Finance
- act as the primary contact for tenant enquiries, maintaining strong communication with tenant organisations
- assist with financial procedures, including petty cash management and invoice approvals for essential supplies
- monitor and enhance social and environmental performance in areas like energy use, recycling, and tenant satisfaction

Contract type
- 1-year fixed-term contract with a 3-month probationary period
- full-time position from Monday to Friday, with occasional evening/weekend work
- gross salary of £35,700 per annum
