financial Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial compliance and sustainability
stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents’ families, healthcare professionals, and external partners to promote collaborative care
lead and Manage: Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission standards and delivering high-quality care to residents
Requirements
qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Manager in a care setting
skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and effective problem-solving abilities
compliance: Enhanced DBS check, adherence to CQC Fit & Proper Person requirements, valid right-to-work documentation, and references from previous care settings
