  • previous experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement activities

Responsibility

  • effectively managing the team ensuring that KPI’s are achieved
  • ensure that non-conformance is challenged and counter-measures are agreed and implemented
  • reporting on downtime, scrap, and quality issues, and escalating as appropriate
