Responsibility
- you will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Pharmaceutical - Safety Manager
- provide transactional and LMS support to R&D sites across the United States, including integrating new acquisitions into the system
- we are seeking dynamic consultants to join our Life Sciences team in the United States. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us address our clients' challenges
- establish and maintain working relationships with site HSE leads and SMEs, scheduling review meetings, and updating existing learning objectives as needed
- develop new learning objectives using appropriate software and following adult learning principles
- gain proficiency in essential functions of the iLearn Learning Management System, including assigning learning objects, recording completion, developing reports, and creating ILT events
- collaborate with HSE site leads and subject matter experts to conduct training needs assessments and develop curricula based on site-specific risks and compliance obligations
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in a related field
- previous experience in training management or a related role
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- strong organizational and project management abilities
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
