Responsibility

  • process payroll data and ensure accuracy of client payroll records
  • maintain client payroll records in accordance with legal requirements
  • calculate and issue to clients payslips and P30s.weekly and monthly
  • ensure compliance with HMRC, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues that arise in house and with HMRC

  • be experienced in employee pension upload and link
  • complete and submit client end of year submissions and send out P60s
