Responsibility

  • planning of Service & Maintenance work in relation to fire & security
  • acting as an interface between the customer and the engineer on daily activities, controlling & scheduling of work
  • maintaining database, keeping all notes up to date and clearing jobs when completed/cancelled
  • answering calls and dealing with enquiries from new and existing customers
  • take calls from Engineers, Customers and Colleagues to assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns
  • managing engineers’ diaries
  • carrying out general administration duties
