Responsibility

  • identify and source forklift truck parts to issue to engineers via the use of online portals
  • ensure all deliveries are received correctly, checked, and allocated to stock daily
  • annual Stocktaking
  • dispatching goods by courier
  • van stock replenishment
  • delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
  • any other duties commensurate with the grade and post and as required

Requirements

  • an understanding of mechanical components or mechanical knowledge would be a distinct advantage
  • you must have strong communication and organisational skills and be methodical and proactive
  • you must also be computer literate and have confident telephone manner
  • forklift truck engineer
