Responsibility

  • live and breathe the operational budget with an accountable attitude from maintenance to housekeeping to grounds team
  • day to day management of all Operations personnel working within ALTIDO Scotland from rota, annual appraisals and holiday requests
  • developing and implementing SOPs and best practices to strengthen the bridges between Operations and other departments e.g
  • developing and maintaining relationships with external suppliers, eg cleaners or maintenance personnels
  • maintaining and improving key management systems
  • being the on the ground person to meet suppliers for new partnership, supplier performance appraisal and renegotiation of the rates alongside with the Head of Operations UK
  • managing, motivating, and supporting your direct reports
  • consistent communication with other Heads of Departments, including both structured meetings and regular daily contact. Conducting regular catch ups with your direct reports and line managers
