Responsibility

  • A good knowledge of Sage Accounts and Payroll is essential
  • all Accounts and monthly accounts preparation
  • running regular clocking reports, calculate hours, holidays, sickness and overtime and entering all hours on to the spreadsheets
  • logging wage queries
  • calculating sick pay and SSP payments
  • alternative Educational Support Services Ltd are alternative provision suppliers currently working with schools, pupil referral units and LEA’s providing learner led educational though media and sport, delivering a variety of different subjects
  • updating and logging changes to salaries, overtime, and bonuses
  • the provisions between 1 and 3 days a week working with KS3 & KS4 pupils who have a variety of special educational needs
