Responsibility

  • interviewing/recruitment as necessary
  • managing of reception rotas to ensure sufficient staffing levels
  • liaising with other departmental managers to ensure smooth and streamlined workflow within the practice
  • continually assess and evaluate reception systems and protocols, recommending changes and improvements
  • ensure all CQC guidance is followed within the reception area
  • ensure reception team members are up to date with mandatory training requirements
  • dealing with complaints in accordance with the practice complaints policy
  • suggest and organise team building activities
