- location This role is currently based in our office in the centre of Marden, Kent, however we will be moving to new premises in Five Oak Green, Tonbridge within a few months
- start Date We are looking to appoint this role asap. Please note there is no deadline for applications, and we will be reviewing applications as they come in. Please apply ASAP
- the core hours will be 40 hours per week between the hours of 07:30-17:30hrs
- you will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties
- accurately input orders onto INTACT IQ whether originating from phone, website or at request of a colleague
- make outbound calls to follow up sales or get feedback
- process orders via phone and email
Requirements
- we will provide training and welcome applications of those looking to do their first customer service role
- experience of sales systems and telephone systems
- aptitude for understanding practical / technical matters
- administration experience
- accurate and reliable
- ideally experience gained in a similar role in related sector. These include Construction, Building Suppliers, Wholesalers, Plumbing and DIY
- positive attitude
- driven to continually improve
