Responsibility
to organise a rapid response to any issues, queries and enquires raised
to arrange, monitor and follow-up contractors
to undertake various administrative functions including managing records, coordinating contractors and budget control on behalf of the landlord
to support the Maintenance & Property Management Teams
to deliver outstanding client service at all times, in accordance with the company's formal service standards
to undertake ongoing training and competence to maintain knowledge of current legislative and regulatory requirements for both self and team
notification to residents concerning maintenance/management issues
ensure all contractors have current liability cover and carry out periodic performance reviews to ensure contractors are fit for purpose, competitive and that their work is of an acceptable high standard
Requirements
background in business administration including minute taking and data input
strong organisational, planning, problem-solving skills to provide excellent customer service
understanding of building maintenance
able to keep calm under pressure
good written and verbal communication skills
A good level of IT literacy and a keen eye for detail are required
self-motivated and eager to progress skills and career
professional appearance at all times
