Working hours
- full-time | Contract
Responsibility
- screen, shortlist and Interviewing candidates
- record and manage accurate recruitment data
- liaise with external recruitment partners
- plan and maintain recruitment drives
- write creative job adverts to attract suitable candidates
- actively search for candidates using Job Boards
- be part of the recruitment and selection team, working closely with line managers to ensure best candidates are shortlisted
- introduce the latest recruiting strategies to the business using a high level of creativity and latitude to identify candidates in the market and to build a talent pipeline
Requirements
- ideally, you’ll have at least 1 years experience in the recruitment industry
- we want you to bring a dynamic, creative approach to recruitment with new ideas that improve our business
- due to significant growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Recruiter to head up all internal recruitment
- confidence to approach candidates that aren’t actively looking for roles via CV databases or LinkedIn search
- you have experience of multi-tasking, adhering to deadlines, managing workload effectively, being flexible and a team player
- be approachable, diplomatic and a good mediator
- experience in pre-screening and shortlisting candidates
- ability to communicate at all levels and report to senior managers
