Requirements

  • enhanced DBS check
  • evidence of further training in Food Hygiene
  • to hold or be working towards a Basic Food Hygiene qualification
  • experience of working as a School Cook
  • understanding of working with people with challenging behaviour, complex needs or disabilities
  • good knowledge of special educational needs & disabilities
  • knowledge of hygiene regulations, management of health & safety and nutritional food standards
  • full UK driving licence
