Responsibility
- assist with the delivery of ALM group training sessions in person
- support and guide members to help them achieve their goals
- work with the ALM Team to develop and implement safe, effective training
- learn our core values and how we deliver our training and coaching systems
- build a culture of fun, compassion and supportiveness
- help foster, create and maintain a high-quality service and consistent member experience
- undertake self-development opportunities, continue to grow and be better
- follow ALM framework and adhere to policies and procedures
Requirements
- relevant instructor qualifications and certificates are essential
- previous industry experience is preferred; however full training and support will be given to the right candidates
- level 3 - Personal Training
- level 2 - Fitness/Gym Coach
- personal Training: 1 year
