Responsibility
- we are recruiting for a motivated, enthusiastic and methodical Accounts Administrator / Co-ordinator with experience of bought and sales ledger as well as managing both supplier and customer relationships
- excellent communication skills will ensure you can tackle queries swiftly to become part of our ongoing success to complement our dedicated team
- you will be responsible for checking and processing invoices to ensure they are correct and enable prompt payment. Working knowledge and experience of Sage50 Accounts is essential
- checking statements for missing invoices and requesting copies to ensure there are no overdue invoices
- ensure all bank accounts are reconciled by end of each week
- verifying any differences and querying with the control panel initially and then raising issues with suppliers
- checking information on invoices that have been auto generated in Sage before sending to clients
- processing credit notes
