- confident and clear communication with sellers, buyers and tenants as well as banks and other financial institutions
- creating and attending off plan property valuations
- creating and attending off plan property viewings
- negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage
- regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing
- keeping up to date with market trends in the local developer property market
