this is a great opportunity to join our growing claims team in London.We are recruiting for a new position, namely a Claims Operations manager.You will play a pivotal role in leading and optimising our claims operations.You will have the opportunity to shape our operations, develop innovative strategies and drive improvement across our European claims function
Requirements
university degree preferred - Insurance related courses or certificates are an advantage
strong knowledge of London market, European and International claim operation environments
excellent oral and written communication skills as well as organisational skills
A resilient initiative-taker who has the skill set to build out a claims operation function
expert in creating Claims MI to assist claim team leaders manage their businesses more effectively
the ability to work well and thrive in a team environment is key
proven ability to work with senior management, claims/legal professionals, other insurers, brokers, affiliated companies and clients
5+years of claims operations experience required in both Company and Lloyd's markets
