Responsibility
- we are an independent tool and lifting hire business with eight depots across the South of England
- build relationships with customers and handle their enquiries, to ensure we are their go-to supplier
- help to manage your hire fleet, including directing your dedicated fitter, to ensure equipment is available when required
- we are run by a close-knit team with multiple decades of industry experience and is backed by the former CEO and Chairman of Brandon Hire, who grew Brandon to be one of the largest tool hire businesses in the UK
- help to manage your driver team and set their delivery schedule to ensure that customers receive equipment when needed
- after substantial growth we are seeking an Assistant Depot Manager to take over the day-to-day running of one of our largest depots by revenue
- ensure that health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- coach junior staff members and create a positive working environment
