Responsibility

  • knowledge of different brew methods and parameters is a must
  • we are seeking an experienced, passionate barista to join our team at England’s Grace, the premier fine dining establishment in the St. Johns Wood High Street
  • as our barista, you will be responsible for operating our state-of-the-art coffee machine and brewing exquisite coffee to exacting standards using pour-over and other specialty methods
  • you must have an expert palate, able to distinguish subtle flavour notes and tweak recipes to coax the absolute best from each coffee
  • dialling in grind settings each morning and periodically throughout the day
  • maintaining brewing equipment and resolving any issues
